ELEMENTAL SYNTHESIS V.1 / SYNTHETIC ELEMENTS
This is a three part study in modular pseudo-minimalism. All three tracks are generated via 1 sequence and 1 oscillator module, the output of which is routed through various paths throughout a modular synth system with low pass gates, VCAs, filters, wave folders, and delays, and mixed into a cohesive output. The various paths reshape the original oscillator output in various ways, some aggressive and rumbling, some spacey and ethereal, some metallic, and some robotic and jittery. All tracks were performed live with no editing other than some simple mastering.
